Sales Tax
Since The Button Farm operates only out of Maine, I am required to collect 5% Sales Tax in Maine.
Delivery Time
All orders are shipped as soon as possible. For fastest delivery use your credit card. Orders will ship within 2-4 business days of placing your order. Depending on orders received shipping time does vary and can be longer than 2-4 business days, we will communicate with you if we estimate shipping time to be extended. Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to reach you. Your order will be packed with great care with protective materials to ensure that your purchase arrives in excellent condition.
International Shipping
Sadly at this time I only ship within the continental United States.
Returns, Damaged or Defective Products
Any mistakes, shortages, damages or defective products need to be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the order. Damages due to freight carrier must be reported immediately. Please save the box your order was shipped in.
The carrier will want to see the damaged box and contents. Damaged products must be returned unopened. The Button Farm is unable to take responsibility for damaged products due to freight carrier.
Class Sacks are not eligible for return, however scrapbook products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The Button Farm is unable to refund shipping costs and items must be unopened for return credit.
